In Jardin du Luxembourg there are many types of birds. In the middle of the park you are likely to see Pigeons, Black headed seagulls, Starlings, Crows, and Mallards. In the outer edges you can see ringed parakeets, Starlings, pigeons, crows, Great Tits, Blue Tits, and Magpies.

Here are some of the pigeon morphs that I found in Paris. But we only have a couple pigeon morphs because some are very hard to spot like light checkered or albino or pink pigeon.Can you find one of these pigeon morphs in your city?
Are you wandering what type of pigeon this is? Well right now you are going to find out! This is a wood pigeon. You can find them in parks,trees,and streets. Did you know that wood pigeon is bigger than a rock pigeon? Wood pigeons also all look mostly the same they don’t have any morphs.
If you want to do birding with your child do something you can do is go to a playground or park and if you are looking for birds your child can play for a while or bring a camera and so they can take photos of birds! I love taking photos of birds! Even though my camera screen is a little fuzzy, I still like to use it. Whenever you try to get the birds they usually run away or fly away!
My favorite birds to photograph are pigeons,sparrows,crows,moorhens,and ducks(mallards).
